Grow Eat Repeat was founded in April 2015 by wellness practitioner Katy Potter. She provides nutrition coaching and education about creating your own natural personal and household care items, as well as an immune system building program that will help you survive all of life’s seasons with as little outside intervention as possible.

Grow Eat Repeat serves the local community as well as people from far and wide looking for holistic support. In a place and time where allergies and sensitivities abound, Katy is focused on working with families of school aged children, caregivers, teachers and day cares, as well as the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.

Clients benefit from working with Katy because she truly cares about your well being and takes the time to understand your needs and desires. She will be there to answer questions and offer support on every step of your new path to wellness.
